1. The “Custom Made” Rule
All items sold on www.fatboyprints.com are custom-printed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s Remorse: If you no longer want the item or changed your mind.
- Incorrect Size: Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering, as we cannot exchange a custom-printed shirt for a different size once it has been produced.
- Design Errors: If the error (spelling, low-resolution image, or color choice) was present in the design you uploaded or approved.
2. When We Offer a Refund or Replacement
We want you to love your gear! We will offer a replacement (at no cost to you) or a full refund if the following occurs:
- Manufacturer Defect: The garment has a hole, a broken zipper (for hoodies), or the mug is chipped/cracked upon arrival.
- Printing Error: The print is significantly different from the design you submitted (e.g., wrong color ink, wrong placement).
- Wrong Item Received: You received a different size, color, or product than what was listed on your order confirmation.
3. How to Report a Problem
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

- Include your Order Number: This helps us find your transaction quickly.
- Attach Photos: Please provide clear photos showing the defect, the damage, or the incorrect item received.
- Choose your resolution: Let us know if you would prefer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Damage
If your mug or apparel arrives damaged due to shipping, please take a photo of the damaged packaging as well as the product. This helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Return Shipping
In most cases of printing errors or defects, we do not require you to ship the item back to us. We simply ask for photo evidence so we can correct the mistake. If a return is required, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
