Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing Time

Before your order ships, it must be printed, cured, and quality-checked.

Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume sales, production may take up to 10 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via [Insert Carriers, e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx].

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Email Confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

4. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fat Boy Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Reshipping: If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Fat Boy Prints is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).
If still missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

For international orders, Fat Boy Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
